A plot about a retail project developed on Kutuzovsky Avenue by TPS Real Estate was shown in today’s program “Construction at Length” on TV channel Moscow24. Construction manager Sergey Kuznetsov told TV journalists about the erection of a giant 24-meter-high water tank with the holding capacity of over 1m liters.

The development company TPS Real Estate appointed international consultancies Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank as co-exclusive brokerage agents for letting the retail space in the shopping and leisure center on Kutuzovsky Avenue (GBA – 137,000 sq m; GLA – 60,000 sq m) and another shopping and leisure center on Khoroshevskoe shosse (GBA – 114,000 sq m; GLA – 50,000 sq m). Both projects are under rapid development.

On March 05, 2015 the world’s biggest manufacturer of fashion clothes – Spain-based Inditex – opened 7 boutiques at one time in the new shopping and leisure center Galereya Novosibirsk located in the heart of the Siberian capital. Besides the easily recognizable brands like Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti and others, Galereya Novosibirsk will also be home to the first in Novosibirsk boutique of trendy home accessories Zara Home.
