The development company TPS Real Estate appointed international consultancies Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank as co-exclusive brokerage agents for letting the retail space in the shopping and leisure center on Kutuzovsky Avenue (GBA – 137,000 sq m; GLA – 60,000 sq m) and another shopping and leisure center on Khoroshevskoe shosse (GBA – 114,000 sq m; GLA – 50,000 sq m). Novosibirsk’s biggest movie theatre by the number of screens is to open in the shopping and leisure center Galereya Novosibirsk. The 5,300-sqm multiplex Luxor Dolby Atmos will function at the mall’s fourth floor level. Films can be viewed in 11 innovative halls. Guests of the cine complex will be able to refresh themselves at two snack bars and two branded restaurants: Katana and Posadoffest.

Children’s entertainment center Dreamfield has opened in the shopping and leisure center Galereya Krasnodar. The play zone is fashioned in the area of panoramic restaurants on the third floor.

The first ELC store of developing toys opened in MoreMall (Sochi).
