The first ELC store of developing toys opened in MoreMall (Sochi). Furthermore, nine new tenants which were not earlier represented on the local market launched their operations in the Olympic capital’s biggest shopping and leisure center developed by TPS Real Estate. Among them is the first in Sochi Starbucks coffee-shop, the shops of global chains Nautica, Sinequanone, Camper, and others.
A specialized toy shop of the Early Learning Centre has opened in MoreMall. It is unique in that no bans are imposed on young visitors here: every kid may take any toy from the shop window, unwrap it and try. This year the ELC brand turns 40 and its shops operate in 53 countries.
Today MoreMall remains the only in the city quality venue that conforms to the development needs of international brands. Thus seven new shops trading in garments, shoes and accessories have been added to the tenant mix of MoreMall, which cannot be found elsewhere in Sochi. Among the new brands are clothing stores Nautica, Sinequanone, C&C Milano, Lime, the specialized shop of Italian shirts 7Camicie, the footwear shop Camper, and the shop of women’s bags and accessories Vera Victoria Vito. The first in Sochi shop of the US kitchen electronics appliances store Redmond has also opened in MoreMall.
Another milestone event for Sochi was the opening in MoreMall of the city’s first coffee shop Starbucks – the world’s largest coffee-shop chain. The iconic American brand leased 150 sq m in the central atrium. The mix of café and restaurant operators in MoreMall was also augmented by the dynamically developing chain CoffeeTun and confectionery café Vincenzo.
