Novosibirsk’s biggest movie theatre by the number of screens is to open in the shopping and leisure center Galereya Novosibirsk. The 5,300-sqm multiplex Luxor Dolby Atmos will function at the mall’s fourth floor level. Films can be viewed in 11 innovative halls. Guests of the cine complex will be able to refresh themselves at two snack bars and two branded restaurants: Katana and Posadoffest.

Children’s entertainment center Dreamfield has opened in the shopping and leisure center Galereya Krasnodar. The play zone is fashioned in the area of panoramic restaurants on the third floor.

First Vice President of TPS Real Estate Alexei Chinaliev is included in the annual ranking of most influential persons of the Russian commercial real estate market, compiled by the prestigious Commercial Real Estate magazine – he ranks 21st in the Development category.

Chief Project Architect at TPS Real Estate Artyom Okhmat took part in the Architect’s Breakfast held on May 23, as part of the XIX International Architecture and Design Tradeshow ARCH Moscow.

The first ELC store of developing toys opened in MoreMall (Sochi). Furthermore, nine new tenants which were not earlier represented on the local market launched their operations in the Olympic capital’s biggest shopping and leisure center developed by TPS Real Estate. Among them is the first in Sochi Starbucks coffee-shop, the shops of global chains Nautica, Sinequanone, Camper, and others.

TPS Real Estate took part in the annual international commercial real estate tradeshow REX-2014 that was held from April 23rd to 25th in the central showroom Expocenter in Moscow.
