TPS Real Estate plans to increase the portfolio of projects to 2m square meters by the end of 2016, said First Vice President of TPS Real Estate Alexei Chinaliev at the session devoted to the financing of development projects in a volatile market, as part of the business program of the real estate tradeshow REX-2014 in Moscow.

The first April issue of the leading Russian printed media about the commercial real estate market, CRE magazine, published an interview with First Vice President of TPS Real Estate Alexei Chinaliev.

TPS Real Estate signed a general contract for the construction of the 135,000-sqm retail project Galereya Novosibirsk with the biggest overseas construction holding company in Russia: Renaissance Construction.

The second phase of Galereya Krasnodar opened for visitors on December 28, 2013. On the last days of the outgoing year until December 30 the mall’s business hours will be extended till midnight.
